Sales As A Service or SAAS is becoming a hot new concept in India. Organizations Small, Mid or Large continuously face new challenges in taking their Sales to the Next Level. Organizations which are strong in Enterprise Segment look forward to get a foot hold in the SME space and vice a versa. Organizations also have challenges in maintaining Sales Productivity, Sales Effectiveness & Excellence.

These above challenges become unique as each organization has unique culture, employee skill set & learning capability. I personally feel that the Sales Leadership of these organizations are not effective in addressing these challenges. The reason may not be only Sales Leadership Skill Set or Ability but the Big Reason could be Time, Time taken to mold Sales Team to gear up. Involving the Sales Leadership in above tasks may take their focus off on regular tasks.
